A Meal to Remember

Tasty and delicious,
My senses melt at the taste.

Sweet sensations multiplying in my mouth,
Intoxicating and addictive.

Liquid running down my mouth,
I let it fall down and stain my pure white dress.

The dark room is only illuminated by the flames of candles,
The air is heavy yet delightful.

I smile at each rich bite,
Only wishing you could have a taste.

With each bite my meal disappears,
And despair sets in.

You were a wonderful meal while you lasted,
Yet it seems you’re all gone.

Your crimson blood has been drunk,
Your meat has been devoured.

Your body and soul,
Will always be mine.
